Root River Daisy

After a long busy day yesterday, had a great night's sleep and getting ready to head back for another one as soon as I get some clothes in the dryer.

One of my goal's in this middle-aged mania is to find the best way to have a good sense of well being most of the time naturally. Have just begun my give up the anti-depressants, about 3 weeks now I think. Starting to get over the tired and some other "withdrawal" type of feelings. Not like give up addictive drugs, but still a process I think. It will be interesting to see what the negative side effects were that I may have had without really being aware. I plan to put a heavy emphasis on increasing the exercise to make up the difference.

Found some interesting links along that path:

Haven't had a chance to read throught it all yet.

I have to remember that I am only in control of myself, I can express myself, thoughts, feeleings, emotions clearly to others. Seems like it should be easy but not always.

Time to finish up so I don't begin rambling. I have decided to add pictures that I have been taking and starting a collection.

Have I posted yet?

Seems like I have done a lot of typing but I guess I haven't created a post yet, so here we go.... yeah! I am a woman with a lot on my mind seems like at 52 things are coming at me. Oldest in college, middle Sr. in high school, youngest 10th grade.
Yes, I did have children later in life, 31, 35 and 37 but that worked out OK for me. I have classmates that are grandparents and on occasion was referred to as our children's "grandma" attributed, I believe to bad hair days and complete lack of make-up and pretty raggy clothes. The lifestyle of having young children and no energy. I now strongly aspire to becoming a victim of "What Not to Wear", however, my children are not old enough to turn me in. The 2 at home anyway.

The purpose of this blog is just "random" thoughts, feelings, questions etc., attempting to gain some awareness of other middle-aged women's thought processes.

I may have accomplished enough at this point that I could possibly go to sleep.

During my spell check I looked at the Synonyms for mania:

desire
obsession
love
craze
thing
passion
fashion
enthusiasm
fad

I really like all those words, who knew mania could mean so much?

Hope you all have a great day
